Service Delivery Policy
APEX Fencing Team provides in-person fencing coaching. Nothing is shipped — what you pay for is delivered as a class at our salle, at a time we confirm with you.

Where classes are held
- K11 Atelier 2/F, 728 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
- All classes, trials and private lessons take place at this address unless we tell you otherwise in advance.
Trial classes
- A trial is one 60-minute class for beginners aged 5 and above.
- After you book and pay online, our staff phone you — normally within one to two working days — to agree a time from the published trial schedule.
- Trial times currently offered: Mon, Tue and Thu 16:30–17:30; Sat 10:00–11:00 and 15:30–16:30; Sun 12:00–13:00.
- Your place is confirmed on that phone call, not at the moment of payment. If none of the available times suits you, tell us on the call and we will look for another.
Regular courses
- Regular courses run by term, on a fixed weekly timetable confirmed when you enrol.
- Each term's fee is payable two weeks before the previous term ends, to secure the place.
When a class cannot go ahead
- Classes are cancelled while Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, and resume two hours after it is lowered.
- If APEX has to cancel or move a class for any other reason, we contact you by phone on the number you gave us.

- We arrange times by phone, so please give a mobile number you actually answer — it is how we reach you.
- Confirmations and reminders may also be sent by email to the address you provide.
